If for any reason that you feel like you want to return a product for a refund, simply call the toll-free Customer Service number located on the front of this packing slip within 30 days of ordering and request a return authorization number (RAN). When you return the product, please include this number on the outside and the inside of the box so as to minimize delays.
When you call Customer Service for a return authorization number (RAN),
you will have the following choices:
- 1. If you call within 30 days of ordering the product you may:
- Request a complete refund of the product price
- Request a store credit for the full amount including shipping and handling
- Request a refund of 50% and keep the product
- Decide not to take a refund and receive another product of similar value for FREE to try.

- You can get a store credit for the full product price, not including S&H
- 3.Other Rules and Regulations
- We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
- To ensure prompt processing, please send returns to the address provided with your RAN number marked clearly on the outside and inside of the box. The warehouse personnel are not allowed to accept packages without an RAN number.

How long will it take to process returns?
After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2-5 business days to process your refund. Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank’s billing and credit schedule. If you paid by check you will receive a check refund within 5-7 days after processing
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service Support at the number provided on the front of this packing slip to request an RAN number and for further instructions.
What if shipping and delivery errors occurred with my order? Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service Support at the number provided on the front of this packing slip immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely matter.
What if I want to cancel SMART HEALTH/ PRIORITY HEALTH SERVICE/ MANAGED HEALTH SERVICE/ POWER AND PERFORMANCE?
You can cancel any of these services at any time. Simply call the number provided on the front of this packing slip and you will be taken right out of the program. If you would like to return any product that you received on any of these programs, you will get full store credit. You will receive a store credit code that you can use to order from our catalog or online.
